Decided to drive to Montague Inn rode to Flat Rock to the gorge then to High Market down to Barrows ask them if the trail was open behind as I knew it wasn't a seasonal road and he said no problem so rode that towards West Leden broke trail most of the way then came to a road where you had to ride the side looked down the side and couldn't see how far down the trail was so turned around. Tried to go to Timberview but there was a river running threw the trail and it looked very deep. So pretty much went back the same way.

What about you where did you unload and ride?

we dropped in redfield and rode to the cedar pines and then started heading over towards highmarket when one guy in our group had some problems. we werent able to fix anything so we had to turn back . we got some great riding in though and i am happy with the day

I saw that river and your tracks turning around right before it, they need to drop a culvert in there, graves road, french road and a few other in the area were smooth nice riding did you guys hit the railroad bed?

Where is Tug hill located on the Ny state map, just was wondering where it is .
actionjack
Western edge of Adirondack Park. Look for Turin, NY, I think that is the SE corner of the plateau.

Off the thruway --rt 81 north from syracuse is the western boundary , rt 12 north is the eastern boundary , If you are coming from mas. take the utica exit-rt 12/28 north-stay at the Edge Hotel -trails are at your front door-you can hit the hill or old forge !!

Jack,
Coldwave replaced my bag by upgrading me to the dual saddle bags and provided me with newer updated mounts, just thought you would like to know. Hope to see you at Bernard's next season!

Good deal, I never heard a word from Coldwave, but didn't pursue it long since my dealer stepped up. Saddlebagging was too much work for some of my gang so we're probably gonna rent a house in St Michel for the long trip. We may take the families to Hotel Esterel for New Years if snow is early enough next year. Still probably gonna stop by for a free HEK somewhere along the way. See you next season! Ring a dang doo!
