Is Tison performance finished making sleds all together???? I havnt heard a peep out of them and their web site www.tisonperformance.com is no longer available. I was just curious because they sure made some awesome products and top of the line sleds. Does anyone have any information on the status of Tison Performance?????????????????????? Everywhere I go I get dead ends...dohdoh.gif

it has to be tough being in an industry that has the big 4 suffering in sales.. never mind building and sellin cust sleds for a lot more $$
than the Typical 8 - 11,000 $ range

Yeah thats definatly true. Today to own a sled in this market is just too downright rediculous in my book 11,000 for a sled is absolutly horrible. I just hate seeing the tison line up go because I really had it out for them becuase I like the set up of the TMK over the CMX. I figured they would have had a shot in the sled industry because look how custom choppers were born, today if you want a totally tricked out chopper you have to sacrifice the lifes of your first young and sell your house just to own one. Look at the custom bike sensation.. new unheard of shops are cranking into buisness selling these multi thousand dollar bikes everywhere so I figured at least 1 or 2 custom sled buisnesses would have stayed around but I dont know.. Long live the TMK. beer_cheers.gif

With Sleds we are all slaves to Mother Nature's white blanket.. here in New Hampshire winters have been starting late..

Real late.. Late January this year.. Mid-February in 2006.. puts a damper things

With Bikes we not so dependent on the white gold to ride.

True true. I guess its just a slightly different scene out west here. I get my first ride in usually around thanksgiving and Im still at it right now and probably for another good month.

Tison went under... The business is still in existence under new ownership and a new name. Fastrax is the name. Tison's last known mechanic now owns his own business building similar sleds, top notch craftsmanship. I have known Curt for almost 20 yrs now. Give him a call.[url="ftxmotorsports.com"]253 848-0908
