Can someone fill me in on the EGT probe location and the normal temperature for an 03 zr900??

yes it is 100mm from the piston skirt and as far as temps I was told by EGT exhaust gas technology that my temps should be between 1100 to 1150 but not to go any higher hope this helps, you can also contact your dealer and they can give you the specs for exhaust temps through the service shop. that measurement it correct. I was told by slp to get about 1250 wot, 1150 at midrange. Im not sure if thats correct but weve had it to 1275 and it didnt go down i guess. So im not sure, its best to read pistons and plugs.
