yesterday i sold my wife's MXZ.today i went for a solo ride, made it 17 miles from the nearsest phone or person for that matter, and the RMK quit...being that i'm the only one on the trails up here, it made for a LONG walk.and i walked...and walked. just got back from DRAGGING the polaris home with a 4-wheeler.sure missed the MXZ!

So......what caused the RMK to quit.

who knows, it's for the dealer to figure out. all i know is there's no spark.

Goes to show you should have kept the MXZ and sold the RMK and been able to ride back instead of walk LOL....

no thats what he gets for ridding while us southerns couldnt ride anymore!! lol kiddin hehe

sucks about that long walk. sounds like bad stator, or coil, but could be many other things like ground or such.

You can have the MXZ back for twice what I paid. Just Kidding. Sorry to hear about your RMK that sucks. I broke down on a solo ride last year once, was only about 5 miles out of town though and still in cell phone range.

That stuff kinda scares me a little bit. I ride alone some times and it's always on my mind. I've come to the conclusion that if it's warm out, I can walk just about anywhere(as much as that sucks). I've owned three Doos and never had an issue with getting back home...

and i'm still friggin sore! sucks getting old.
