Another vote for The Roquemont. Honestly the rooms are small and a bit outdated but the bar is nice with a huge fireplace. Also the restaurant is pretty good. We did the Roquemont to Alma and back trip this year and highly recommend it. 23 throught the park is awesome when groomed. On the way up on a Monday there were areas that weren't great but on the way back on a Friday night the whole ride was awesome including 50 miles or so of being first tracks. Plus there is a dealer with gas directly next door.

Staying at the Universal in Alma so far is my favorite part of riding in QC. You can do great day trips and return to a very nice and reasonably priced hotel with a very good restaurant plus other good restaurants and wild (but young) bars a short walk away. Lots of fun! I've also found the nicest people in Alma in my limited riding in QC.
