I set mine at 62psi you will know when you don't enough air the back will feel like you have a flat tire.

I'm running my at 78 psi... I find it better for me with some of the big bumps at this pressure. I'm 170lbs. I also ride and adjust it to the ride I want not paying to close to the psi reading..

I'm running at 54 psi measured right at the air bag. I put the schrader valve in the 90 degree fitting at the top of the bag. 2005 rev 121''. I weight 185 . I don't know if you measured the psi futher down the line if it would make a difference?

Arouind 60 psi to start out... I do tweak it withthe switch during the day due to conditions.

I drove Gerard Karpik own personal sled,an f8 last night. I am 250 lbs. I started out with it set at 65psi, then bumped it up to 72psi, that seemed to work well. By the way gerard is one heck of a nice guy, he really likes driver input.
