Anyone try this yet? What I'm looking for is a way to get the blue lights with the digital speedo. I'm wondering if it's possible just to switch a couple of bulbs or is it more complex than that before I go ahead and start tearing stuff apart.

Dont bother I have had it apart. nothing you can do. its a $6 circuit board inside with the $7 display. Just be happy yours still works.
