what companies make twin pipes for the 800 ev motor with stingers and not canistyer style like SLP. also, what brand twins work well at 1500 feet where i mainly ride, and will also work o.k. at 9500' in the bighorns where we ride once a year? set-ups for a friend and he wants twin pipes.
also, would a ATACC be a good thing for him to buy also, and how hard are those to install

does a clutch set-up depend on the brand of pipes bought? i assume so since they probably make peak HP at different RPM's. roughly, where to twin pipes need to spin on an 800 on WOT
so crankshop are probably the best? how about CPI or HTG

You can clutch 8000-8250 rpm with crankshop pipes but not over 8300 rpm where the power starts to drop. they are sensitive to right jetting to hold the rpms up-but you have about 300 rpm to clutch for so it isnt a dissaster. Cant tell if they are the best twinpipes out there. I have them on mine and like them. they are pretty loud but not loudest.
I HAVE HTG AND THEY WORK GREAT. NOT LOUD AT ALL. HUGE + OVER STOCK FOR POWER. I MAY BE TRADING MY SLED SO MAY HAVE MY COMPLETE SET UP FOR SALE. I WILL KNOW IN 2-3 WEEKS. LET ME KNOW IF INTERESTED. DEALERS DONT WANT SLEDS WITH PIPES, REEDS, HEAD WORK ETC.

decided either crankshop or CPI twins. whats a clutching set-up. 136" track, 1.5" lugs, team secondary, SLP airbox mod.
also what jetting should be ran at 1500 feet?
