from 12-15 pounds is stock, you could use,
A-1=14#
A-6=18.5#
B-1=16#
C-1=12#
C-6=16.5#
these are with a 50degree helix which is stock on a 96 and a beige spring

i always ran "b1" in my mach1.
don't have a scale any more for pull test or my m1...exes!!!!!
picked this up for cheap...not bad..
this has a straight 50 helix....is that right?
have any recommendations?
what do you run in the 1/4?
cheers...
thanx again!

yes its a straight 50degree, as for recomendations if its stock leave it alone they go good stock. i would try somewhere in the middle nwith the secondary pressure and then if your rpm is too low go to the next higher poundage. leave your primary clutch stock(if you havent messed with it) and tune the secondary for the correct rpm which i believe is 8100-8300. it should run 107-110 or so in the 1/4 if its a 600 or a little more if its bigger.

i think 1,1/4 would fit with NO studs, if you want to run studs you would need to go to 8 tooth drivers and change your gears to bring your gear ratio back up. as for the C-6 just make sure on a wide open run you get the correct rpm and that it backshifts ok when you let off the gas and then get back on it.
