I would like to know if anyone knows of any great places to eat in the Michigan Western UP. I am staying in Bessemer, MI. I am going there 1/14/04 for a week. I have never been there before and need some info on where to take my guys. Any response would be Greatly appreciated.

You gotta make it to The Hoop & Hollar on Lake Gogebic. Best pit stop says snow goer magazine. I agree. Also hit Gogebic Lodge and the Fisherman. The Root Cellar is the best food IMO. All these places are on Lake Gogebic.

If you fell like a good ride, you should definetely stoo at Red'z Wolf Inn. SO GOOD! It is a real popular place w/ the snowmobilers and the food, in my opinion, is f*cking AWESOME. I recommend the roast beef sandwich COVERED with gravy. Heart-attack heaven baby!
