around 3/4 throttle sled is fine, as soon as you hit wot it boggs down. right at sea level 510 main jets, carb jet needles at 4 clip, fuel screw out 1 turn.... could it be the plugs? i also run kickass air filters.

Assuming your mostly stock, you need to jet DOWN, WAY DOWN! Most are running 420 or 430 main jets on their 700's. Try 450 main jets and needle in #3.

As said, way too rich. Just because you added open filters, because of the different venting which will richen the sled as your speed increases, you should be around stock mains, and needle clip.

i am running vf3 reeds hot seat single pipe dyno port can, slp power dome head. and kickass air filters.

if i jet down will i be more likely to burn my motor up? i was thinking about running 450's but rifht now i run 25 miles and use 5 gallons of gas trau14.gif

i slp piped, boyesen reeded, slp flowrited, slp airbox modded, and run a 430 or 420 main (been 2 years since I did the change). Just a guess, but your 5mpg could be mostly due to being WAY rich!? How do your plugs and wash look?

plugs look rich. i ran ngk for a week to try them but it ran worse, since then went back to champion now it runs alot better. i will try 450 and see what that does with needles at #3
