You must have a short in the wire probably under your seat. Just take it to the dealer for warranty

Any other bulbs blowing? If so, it might be your stator.

I had a bad voltage regulator that was putting out a high voltage and blew every one, 10 miles from home 11:00 at night had to follow the other guy back. Glad I dont ride alone.

My taillight enclosure is loose (dealer is getting me a new one under warranty) and I am burning through tail lights also... Is any part of the tail light loose or moving around?
ConFUSION
If you have severe vibration from a loose tail light you will go through lamps, The filiments being red hot and taking a severe shock will rupture the tungston filiments. this is also the way airline crash investigators tell what indicator lamps were lit at the time of impact, My father was a crash investigator with Sikorsky.

Yeah mine is out, but brake light still works
