http://www.maclarenlodge.com/. They're located 40 miles west of Paxson but keep track of the conditions and weather, since all their guests ride up from Paxson. I was down at Summit 2 weeks ago prior to our cold weather and there was plenty of snow. Here's what they are saying on thier site:

We hate to do this, but we will have to postpone/cancel the Rodeo due to
extreme cold and high winds. It is currently -44 here in the Maclaren Valley
and we are expecting some stiff winds. We will not risk anyone’s life or limbs,
or noses for this. Stay home, keep warm!!!
The forecast for last night was -15 and we were at -44, tomorrow they are
calling for the low being -40, I can only imagine!!!!!!
