My track is buckling coming off the drive wheels and hitting the front of the skid frame, making alot of noise and catching. What might be causing this? Track tension to tight or loose? Blown shock? Help!!!!!

What is the condition of the rail caps on the front of the rails? What is the track tension? Check the driveaxle bearings, especially the speedo drive side.

The track is pretty tight and the bearings are fine. Ill have to look at the rest of the stuff i just cant figure it out. Everything looks normal to me. Maybe track is stretched?

Three things I would check...

1. As said previous check rails, lay down by sled and make sure one of them is not bent of the bolts holding the syspention together and limiter strap are not missing.

2. If the track is catching the track is to loose. But before you tighten it, loosen it up totaly and double check front axle bearings.

3. Check track real close for what ever, missing cogs, cleats loose or missing.

Something has changed for this to happen and if you are riding and spear the track (rails go thru windows) it is no fun at all. You will stop like you hit a rock.
