sorry for the bad pics, there off my phone.

how it looked when I started this weekend

after cleaning the carbs and rebuilding my fuel pumps

crammed the engine in there

put the rear suspension back under it.

somthing didnt feel right in the rear suspension so I pulled it out again and went threw it again. :doh

after I went threw it, turns out a bushing fell apart and was binding up, making it unable to rebound correctly.

got it back in, berped the coolent system and fired it up..

Well, it runs like a RAPED APE! im loving it! :rockout

here's the busted engine mount.

what ya think?

That's a hell of a broken engine mount. I've never seen anything that bad before.

and to think... I'v done that twice.

just a little update on my sled.

got the pirmary clutch off, it took some heat and it bent the $90 clutch puller, but it did come off!

the rebuild kit I bought before I relised my clutch sheaves were cracked. and I had the wrong spring (blue) so I took it back for an almond spring.

brand new clutch, with almond spring and 10-60 weights. I think some time this summer im going to get 10-64 weights and a EPI red spring for it.

seat was removed so I could have my seat cover seam resowed (thanks gram! haha)

took the ski off so I could ad some longer bolts and put some ice scratchers on.

and just a few pics, trying to make my sled look good :shrug

look how wore out my helix was...
