OK so he fucked it up; he was cleaning it on the brush wheel and it went flying and now hes got a nice paper weight.

The problem is when I went to look it up on the master parts website there is a different # for every year 700

2002 1202091
2003 5132669
2004 5133743

Can anyone shed some light on this? The manufacture date on the case says 2001 which must mean its a 02 as there were no Ves 700's in 01.

Is there any difference in the valves other than its melting point or do we gotta find a 2002 part?

Nevermind...5132669 is the one; Just checked with a dealer and the 02 and 04 part number superceed to the 03 number.

It would have to be bent pretty bad for it to be not useable..... its not a close fit
