The oil pump on my in laws 86 phazer failed. The cable won't pull, the cable itself is free, but whatever the cable hooks to inside the pump is seized. Is it safe to run premix? If so what mixture should I use?

50-1 premix should be good.
Im curious what broke on the pump. If its just the cable than you should be allright w the premix.
You may want to jet up 1 or 2 sizes if you run it hard. more oil in gas = less gas.
