I'M TOLD THAT YOU CAN PUT PERK ON A 03, BUT NOT ON A 02. IF SO, WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES ?

you can put perc on a 2000 and and newer 600 , 700 ,800 but it will cost you big time! Flywheel,oil pumps, parts in the pull start area , secondary clutch .
