Or worse...9" total snow with no base means all trails RoCkY!
My advice go somewhere else. I won't even ride here anymore.

Really? It's still no good? I haven't been up there in 5 weeks but I was thinking about it for this weekend, I guess not. Much different than last year. Rode the area from mid Decemeber to the beginning of April. Some of those trails are really rocky in the summer and it takes a long time and a lot of snow before they are any good. The rail line should be fine but the trails north and south of BB won't be worth riding if there has only been a grand total of 9" this year. I was on the other side of the park in Dorset for the weekend and despite a few feet of snow there were still rocks poking through.

VERY dissapointing. Hope next year is better.

How's the railway bed???

I was just there this weekend...........................The railroad bed is ok and I use the work ok loosley. There are some large sections where its just gravel and not a single F@CKING snow flake. The side trails are pretty dodgy because of the lack of snow. In fact we started to go up some of the side trails but came back to the railroad bed because of all the rocks and boulders.
Like I said you can runt he railroad bed but its hit and miss and it gets old real fast.
This is the least amount of snow I have ever seen up there and I have been going up to our cottage there since 1987.
Man this winter was over before it even started.
