Feels like the engine cant push the sled at about 6000 rpms, sometimes it goes fine but others it bogs and it feels like the engine just dont have anough balls to keep accelerating. sometimes it works great others it dont work go. i know that the pipe on the sled isnt the right one. could this be the problem? i really feel like its a clutch problem but i took the secondary off and had it looked at. everything in it turned out to be ok. someone please help me!!!! the riding is great but its just hard to enjoy when you cant go faster than 35 or 40 on demand.

had the exact same problem with my sled take the carbs apart and clean them i did it with mine didn't see any debris in them but after i put them back together the thing just took off and didn't bog down again let me know if it helps

just had the carbs rebuilt at the beggining of the season..... but ill take a look.

clean the rave valves and put the right pipe back on it.

well ive been told everything from this to that... rave valves are clean as are the carbs and clutches. all done at the same time by the same guy, all with less than 170 miles on them since its been done. ive found a few little things like small cracks in the pulsator tubbing to the fuel pump and loose plug caps. ive replaced all of the fuel lines now and the plugs and caps. going to put the stock main jets back in it in the morning and then if that dont fix it going to replace the coil and then if it comes down to it look into getting an original pipe for it. after that im out of ideas.

got a new problem. runs great when its running. cant get it started consistantly and when it is running its idleing at 3000.

adjust the carbeurators they are running to rich it will start if you have the throttle about half way open while starting it

turns out had a bad piston thats why it wouldnt start. mag side was at 60psi. got it fixed 155 pto 145 mag. but now i think it needs crank seals. going to find out for sure tomorrow.
