Have a 1997 ZRT 600. Looking for a good clutch set up.. I have UFO's, boyesan reeds , air pod filters and stock clutching..
Runs awesome, pulls hard but looking for clutch improvement...
Any ideas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A little stumped on clutching..Alot of knowledge out there.

D&D Green primary spring, 52 gram comet profile weight, 58/48 helix, stock yellow secondary spring cener hole. This is a awesome combination....... ylsuper.gif

ive got cat 54g ground to 53.5 to match them all up, orange black magic primary spring, red/white sec. spring center hole. 57/50 helix. roller cover on secondary. eats up bigger sleds. only thing is that it engages at 5200 rpm. u may want to go with a lighter primary than the orange black magic. i would like 45-4800 rpm engagement. sled rips at 8500rpm. well, it did neway until last nite when the crank seal let out on pto side and burnt hole in piston and cracked it and stopped motor dead from 7k rpm. then that caused my chain to break, fun fun! make sure center to center and offset and deflection are w/in spec and enjoy.
