Need some help here fella's, i have no spark at the plugs. Also used a jumper and bypassed the ignition switches and fail safe switches with no luck. I did the resistance checks that the book calls for and when you measure the secondary coil on the spark plug wires, i'm getting 3600 ohms instead of 6300 that the book says. But that may or not be the problem. My CDI box is original yet. I was told to check for ac voltage at the input two pin plug of the spark plug coil, but that i would need a peak multimeter. I have a fluke 73, and it is not fast enough to measure the ac voltage when you pull the motor over. How do i measure this. I went to Sears to look for an adapter for my meter that changes it to peak volts ac, and they had no idea what i was talkin about. Any ideas. Also, i'm looking at two different company's to get the cdi box from, dennis kirk has a sno stuff cdi for 130.99, and shade tree has one for 85.99. Any ideas on that as well, thanks
