Hi All,
I'm new to the Team Secondary clutch and had a question. I did read this forum well and went ahead and purchased this helix (420719) and a 155-222 (210182) secondary black/red spring to start tuning. (I'm working with an all stock 900 SB). Hopefully this secondary setup will get me in the ball park for correct RPM's.
My question is this: On the 420719 helix, one of the flats has the 66-44-42-E marking which is what I'm starting with. The other flat has just the TEAM logo. The 70-46-42-E marking is on the round part of the helix. How do I select the 70-46-42-E helix track? Do I position the markings to the index mark and run or do I select the flat that has the TEAM logo on it to run the 70-46-42-E track?
Also, I installed 1 delrin washer between the spring and retaining cup. Should I also install one on the other side of the spring and also one under the spring cup? It would appear to me that to ensure no binding in the spring assembly that a total of 3 washers would be best.
Thanks for the info in advance!

defenitely start with the 66-44 angle, unless you are modded and producing higher torque numbers.
delrin washers; one on each side of the spring and one in the cup (use all 3) some people are seeing an over-rev with the 111 belt, I suggest the 1080, first page on the fusion forum has any and all answers you could ever need for this set-up. it has 16 pages of replies.
10-74's up front, almond/red spring, 66-44 angles with either the Blk/red or red/blk spring in the secondary.
Now, we have found some primaries need maching to attain full shift, that is covered in the previously mentioned thread also.
Your gonna love the 0-100 feeling after this swap. and expect some extra top-end too

Keep your stock primary set-up for now. If you overrev up top, go to the 11 series weights, 11-74, or hot seat hammerhead weights. You want 75-7700 rpm.
