well this weekend i went to moosehead lake in maine and it was sick 4 feet of the white stuff (didnn think i would ever see it ever again whistle.png ) awesome right......... i took the sledd of when we goth there and started it up.. everything sounded good so i shut it off wand when to bed (it was late when we got there). so i woke up in the morning and we headed out for breakfast, let it warm up for like 5 min and we took off well right when we got on the lake it started to sputter like it i held it at about 6 grand it would sound like a 440 when they hit the pipe pre heat button but past 7 it would sound fine. so i pulled over and and changed plugs, i put the wrong ones in, it had br9eya's so i put br8es's in (thst what i usaly run), but same problem went for about 20 or so miles and it started to get a little better but i tryed to keep it above 7 grand the rest of the way to the restraunt. On our way back it seemed like the closer we got back to camp it would get worse and worse. idk whats wrong! we left for home on sunday ( i like in southern maine) and when we got back i took the sled for a rip and it was fine idk what it could be. can someone help me. im probably stupid and its probably something small, but maby not?

Get some brand new plugs, and get the ones that are made for the sled. You shouldn't be playing with heat ranges. Make sure they are gapped. Clean your rave valves and carbs to start. Are you running stock jetting? Give it a compression test while your at it for good measure. Check coil/sparkplug wires to make sure they are making good connections on both ends. Does it have DPM? If it does, double check that all the hoses are hooked up.

4' of white stuff? alot of sleds will develop some stumble problem with snow powder in the air box and then run fine when cleared out.
