Hey guys, just got my first ski doo. It is basically a buddy sled. I have put a couple friends on it now and they all say the same thing. It handles like crap. I got on it and took it for a rip and they are right. It is extremely front heavy and the back end of the sled fish tails. I am guessing that the suspension isnt set right and needs some adjustment but i am not really sure where to begin on this sled. it is also extremely hard to turn the ski's. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks guys

anyone have any ideas?

Crank some more weight on the front shock in your rear suspension and lenghten the limiter strap. That will take weight off your ski's. You can also soften the rear shock if your not bottoming out.

I am definitely not bottoming out. it is more like bucking me off the darn thing! should i do anything with the front shocks?

My sled was bucking on bumps and I thought it was because my front springs were to soft and not lifting the front over bumps, then the rear would hit and try to buck me off. I increased the front shock pressure and it did seem to help. I also changed my riding style, I giver some gas when I hit the bump to keep the front up.

The CK3 chassis is not one that you can just sit on and ride. You have to throw yourself around on it. One of the best things that you can do is get an AD Bovin ETS kit for the rear skid. This will couple the suspension and greatly reduces the bucking. This makes the sled a lot more trail friendly. Other than that do as mentioned with the ski pressure and you should be off to a good start.

This is my girlfriend/buddy sled. I am trying to lighten it up for her. Where can I find this ETS Kit?
