I have a very clean 1993 yamaha Exciter II SX 570cc with 3200 miles. I just put 100 miles on it the past 2 days. This baby is ready to go. In 2005 I had the motor head gaskets replaced along with the coolant arm ($500 total). I rode it after that for 40 miles..,. In 2006 - sled never hit the snow as we never did get any. This year we finally got snow this past week (Upto 2 ft in some places.. yeah!!)... So I have been out riding twice... Last night put 56 miles on it. This thing is just purrin.. Sounds great.. Runs Great... The fellow riders were even impressed (They own rather new ski doos)...
In 2005 it also had the suspension checked at 2 different dealers. All is great. They both mentioned it was in very good condition.... I keep this in the garage all year long... I have owned this the past 3 years... Sled typically starts on the 1st or 2nd pull... Also comes with a cover, extra belt, extra lights (rear and front), spark plugs... yamaha 2 cycle oil (3 gal)...
