I have a 02 440 that is converted to a trail sled. It has a 700 ves in it now. Anyway, after a beating in the U.P., I think my shocks or springs need to be redone. The rear suspension is really soft. You can push it down almost to bottoming without any trouble. I am around 230 lbs without gear. The previous owner said the shocks were redone last riding season. I was think they might need springs and or revalved for something better or a bit stiffer. Anyone have any recommendations on what to do or is the 02 skid usually that soft. Thanks, Krazy

Nop, there stiff as hell. I bet you just blew a seal....just get her rebuild and recharged. These w/e are bad for blowing out on the rear rear skid shock.....i still got 2 seasons on my front shocks without touching them and now they are just starting to budge when you sit on the sled.
