Wife and I were up on St. Helens late this afternoon and it started snowing hard. Hung around for a while but was getting almost white out conditions. Going up in the early morning.

Fresh snow at snow park, but melted off with the rain.About 6-10 inches of fresh snow in the berry feilds.Snowing like hell when we left the high country.

It was raining at the Wakapish sno park when we got there (2800ft) but turned to snow a few hundred feet higher up. Found about the same as you at about 4000ft it was a bit wet but rideable. Low clouds in the area turn us back so headed into the French Butte area. After some very extreme cross country (uphill all the way) we broke into about 15" of good powder at 5600ft On top for a hour having a blast when I looked at the weather moving in. Started snowing like hell so we just slide down the north face and prayed for the best. Going back up there this afternoon if the weather breaks a little.
