We rode shawinigan area 2-1-07 to 2-04-07.Stayed at Bernards, stay was good.Trails overall were good, they recieved 3 or 4 inches on friday much needed.Rode first 1/2 day to rogers cabin up to trail 302 and back to Bernards 110 miles trails were good to great.Second day we rode from Benard to St Raymond and the Ice Hotel,a must see.Trail 3 east was great to St Raymond trail 23 back to bernards sucked,210 miles.Third day we rode from Bernards up trail 73 north towards La Tuque, trails were great, but alot of traffic.Out of La Tuque down 355 south, pipeline, trail absouletly sucked, the trail should'nt be open.Rocks, ungroomed, and limited snow.We hit m-7 south and it was great from there back to Shawinigan,270 miles.Overall almost 600 miles in 2 1/2days trails were 8 out 10 and the groomers are doing a great job with what they got.It will be better next weekend.

just got back myself. most trails are very good in the Shawanagin area. 355 blows and should not be open,360 also was in horrible shape yesterday it had enough snow but had not been groomed. 318,3,23 351m-2 ,m-7 were all excellent rode 2.5 days and got in 500 miles including down time for a sled with a bad driveshaft bearing for the little snow they have the groomers are doing a great job!!!
