how old do i have to be to ride in canada?? im only 13

I thought last year it was 14 with a safety card and an adult. I have read that this year for non residents it is 16. Do a search it was only a month or so ago that it was talked about right here.

You can ride at 9 years old, as long as your father takes the sled across all MAIN CAR ROADS, a child is not allowed to drive on any highway. This was told to me by the police of Quebec. BERNARD 819-536-2664.
