I need some help with a backshifting problem. The engine will reach WOT but when it gets bogged down it will drop the rpms a least 1000 before changing the gearing. Usually have to let off throttle and slow down then lay into it again. Any suggestions on the primary or the secondary to correct this?

Check the condition of the secondary clutch buttons, and also the primary clutch weights, bushings, etc. Make sure the belt is a 3211070, 1042, 1045, and is is good condition.
