Really sucks the trails up there are great when there is enough snow.
I got to head up anyway to do a shake down run. I got a cabin on Puckway so Im sure the lake is frozen enough to run the lake.
Anyone running the Fox River North of Princeton?
Be carefull out on the lake, there is some ice maybe 6 inches along the shore and 2 ta nothing in the middle. I would not be stopping on the ice to check track tension.
I suggest Toms Log Cabin or go see Mike and Cheryl at Good ol' days for some good eats.
I know of a few guys running out on Lake Poygan, they got a 1.5 mile top speed strip plowed.
Friend of mine walked the Fox River from Princeton north and he said its FULL of holes, its still open about 3-4ft in the middle by the car bridge.
It really really wants to freeze, but its struggling.
