another child predator was set free by a vt judge. i have yet to read the article, but i hear it was on O'rilley (sp) Factor last night.

I am no way taking the side of the judges decision, but make sure you understand the whole story before you go on a ignorant rant. Most of these cases the judge had to do what he did to force psyciatric help, if the offender refused he we go streight to jail and serve his time. As much as it sucks from both ends; what good does it do to send a guy to jail for 3 - 5 years just to let him back out without with even more pent up anger and agression. Trust me , if there was a way I wish a lot of these guys could hang by the nuts, but there is no easy solution.
