From what it looks like, there will be snow for that weekend. Without all the racing and other events on the lake, it probably will be the lamest one ever. Anyone know if the races have been moved?

I'm wondering if the second week end of tip-up-town will be better than caddy this year?

I heard they may be moved to Boon area - not sure exactly. Maybe where they did the grass drags?

There will be tons of accidents going into and out of Boon. Those trails are tight, and unless you hear them coming, people are gonna smash. Just a guess, but I will make sure I am driving slow.

Chill out boyz, was out about 100 ft on lake cadillac this morning, it was 4 1/2 inches thick. I expect it to be about 6 inches in the morning. Gonna be doing some hot laps in the morning. It will be good in 10 days. Low gettin in the single digits and gonna be making some good ice.
See ya out on the trails, yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

there's still hope for the lake, I talked to the guy doing the races about a week ago and he said that they are working on moving them out to Boon if there is not enough ice
