depends what you want, give me some specifics. Mountains? Trails? Boondocking? Lots a people, NO people?
turny and lost lake are 1-3 hours out of Anchorage. Turny get alot of use, lost lake not as much, actually no where near as much. kenai peninsula is a blast too, great family area. then between Anc and fairbanks you got petersvill and eureka, both are great get thier share of use, but can always find fresh snow. Then there is the river systems! oh there is lots, esp this year

For mountain riding, Summit Lake or Cantwell are the best. Summit Lake is my favorite, you should probally go to them and see which one you like best. If you like trail riding, the Mat-Su valley is probally best. Turnagin arm is pretty good too.

Juneau has the most snow. Im not sure what you mean by the "best". Haines also has a killer amount this year. Trail riding up here sucks..Either there is no trail or its beat to rat shit....Usually the latter
