Full Version: Air FIlters?

My RMK got chrashed last year and now th ehood dont line up with the air box an di dont feel like buyin a new hood and all the brakets and maybe more who knows... so i bought some filters and covers i tried to put them on butthey hit the steerng stem.... has anyone ever put filters on one of these? if so howd u do it?, i was thinkn about gettin a radiator hose and puting it in between the filter and carb, but i dont realy like that idea but its all i can think of... any one else got any? dunno.gif

i put UNI filters on and used a 90 degrre angle radiator hose had to shorten it up but it work just fine and it gives it a different look

thats what i just did today! goin for a ride tommorow so we will see how it works, it seemed way snappier when i played with it in the garage and loadin it up! :fluffy:
