We've got an 800r on the dyno right now and the initial numbers look good.

Stock the motor pulled 157.8 @ 8100 bsfc was 0.639 and 103.4 lb/ft @ 8000 bsfc was 0.633. Very good numbers for a stock 800.

With the first versions of the pipe mod the motor peaked at 160.3 @ 7900 bsfc was 0.650 and 107.1 lb/ft @ 7800 bsfc 0.647. In the midrange the pipe mod picked up close to 10 hp in some spots. The huge midrange gains should make this pipe great for boondocking!

I will update as we test more mods.

Those are some good numbers! The results are backed up by the new Dyno in Am-Snow that put its peak HP at 156hp. Good luck with the mods! it'll be interesting to see how much more power can be coaxed out of this already amazing motor.

Aint that the truth!!! I think mine is going out. Gets hot and loses 50HP. It was one of the best sleds on the hill, now that it got 700Miles on it. I think its about shot.

NO HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!
