Does anybody know if there is an indoor shooting range in minnesota where you can shoot a 22 LR? Preferably in the twin cities area.

You should be able to shoot indoors at Metro Gun Club in Blaine. Their number is 763-786-5880.
There is also a range off Lake Drive in Blaine called Armored Fire and you should be able to shoot there as well and their phone number is 763-792-4867.
