We had a trip planned for this week up to the UP and we are trying to figure out how far west you have to go or if there still is snow up there after last nights storm. I've been checking the web cams on JD and it looks as if there still but I need some real life reports!!! We are planning on leaving tomm.

Well looks like we are gonna hold off for a week or so and wait for some more snow, JD's forcast looks good for next week so hopefully the weekend of the 12th we'll be headin up.

Outlaw I think it is at least a 9 hour drive with good conditions

I just spoke with a gentleman from Houghton and he said he rode today and it wasn't bad at all. In fact some of the spots were grooming down by Twin Lakes and what not. I'd say with the weather JD is predicting and the current conditions I would say go. :div20:
