Hey Pat. How's it going? Used to work on your sleds when I was at Dave's. All you need to do a conversion is a set of pipes. Have the motor mounts drilled. HTG airbox plate. And all the XCR parts. And you already have the XCR parts since you have an XCR. Give me call if I can be of any help. I wasn't getting any emails from here cause my setting were changed. Should get them now. 519-369-5275
