We finally got enought snow to ride and I scrambling to get my sled back together and running. Since its Sunday and tomorrows a holiday the Polaris dealership is closed until Tuesday and I'm out of Polaris oil. I've looked at every gas station in the area.

I'm wondering if I can use this Amsoil Dominator Synthetic 2-Cycle Racing Oil that I have on-hand?

I have a 04 Pro XR 800.

You can...... It MAY create some build up on the exhaust valves though.

The Dominator will work for you just fine.

all i run is interceptor and its much cleaner on the valves than the polaris oil. polaris just gums it up

+1 on the Interceptor

yep, just dump in the Amsoil and run it. no problems with oil gelling between the Amsoil and VES. continue to run the Amsoil, it's far better than VES and will not foul plugs or power valves.
