I just pulled the 583 and put a 670 ho from a 99 in. It is running great, the only thing is the air pump is blowing gas, (I think it is gas) through the hose going to the DPM manifold? I have the vaccume lines going to each cylinder, and am getting vaccume from both. Any help here would be appreciated.

Also I have aligned the primary clutch to the secondary with a straight edge. The clutches seem to be on center with one another, is there a better way to align?

Not too sure about the blowing gas part. But will ask my tech about the clutch. He just lined mine up earlier this year.

any info on the clutch alingment yet? There may be enough snow to try it out this weekend!! thanks
