Just put new stainles valves in 04 800 , they seem two be alot noiser then old ones . does that make sence

Yes, you may hear noise from them closing. Did you also change the springs?

came as kit . put green yellow. they are noisey

i also noticed that when i put my in, nothing to keep you from sleeping, they do that when new, in a few miles they will get a bit dirty and make less noise, i also think poo made them a little thinner so they wouldn´t gum up as quickly as the old ones..
