I can't seem to get the damn driveshaft out. I followed the directions in the shop manual, but the bearings on both sides will not come out. there is about 3/4 of an inch of side to side play now, but it wont budge anymore. Am I missing something here?? BTW the track was cut off the sled, so it's not even in the picture right now.

did you remove the snap ring in the chaincase and bearing housing on speedo pic up side. the bearing in the chaincase should push out with moving the driveshaft towards the gearcase.
