ok, first off, how do you change the needle clip positions? i opened it up and all i see is the spring , needle, and olive/grey green thing..

second by accident i pushed one of the needles into the green thing and it wont come out. so its further in like 1/4-1/2 inch more then the other. what do i do?

You'll have to back the needle out of what ever it is stuck in. Grab it with a needlenose and pull it out.
To change the needle clip position - there is 5 grooves at the top of the needle and there will be a clip in one of the grooves, probably in the very middle.
Grap the clip with the needlenose and pull it off of the needle and then insert it into its new position. After you do it a few times you can do it with your eyes closed... well maybe not. Don't worry dude we have all been there. Spend about 2 months reading and searching this forum and you will gain more knowledge about wrenching on sleds than you ever thought possible.
