Is there a trick to opening the Air Box
I have a 2004 Pro X2 600

Nope, just a huge pain in the ass. Bring it in the house so the plastic warms up and go to work with a couple screw drivers, if your careful it won't get mangled looking around the seam.

took it into the house and it opened easy
