I was looking through my wife's family cook book and came across a biscuits and gravy. I have had S.O.S. plenty of times before but never made ti myself, so I did this morning.
This is too easy:
1. Brown sausage of whatever choosing.
2. Warm two cups of milk for later use.
3. When sausage is done browning, drain grease if there is a lot, but leave 2 tbls or so. Add 3 tbls of flour and mix with sausage for a minute or so.
4. Add milk and salt/pepper to taste and simmer until thickened.
Thats it, perfect! Have on whatever...
