I was looking through my wife's family cook book and came across a biscuits and gravy. I have had S.O.S. plenty of times before but never made ti myself, so I did this morning.

This is too easy:

1. Brown sausage of whatever choosing.

2. Warm two cups of milk for later use.

3. When sausage is done browning, drain grease if there is a lot, but leave 2 tbls or so. Add 3 tbls of flour and mix with sausage for a minute or so.

4. Add milk and salt/pepper to taste and simmer until thickened.

Thats it, perfect! Have on whatever...

Favorite breakfast of all time by far. You can't beat biscuits and gravy.

Sadly, Im the only person in my AND my wife's family that likes them at all. I never get a chance to make them, except for the occasional meal at work.
