The new kit for 2007 sleds is direct plug and play on the 600HO, no cutting required. It comes with a little pig tail that plugs in to the little "nipple" connectors on the 600.

how accurate are the outside temp sensor? is it worth putting one on?
PolarisBum
The temp is a consistent 4-5 degrees off but since it's consistent you can very it as accurate... if that makes sense. In other words, I always know to subtract 5 degress from what it is showing!

Mine reads dead on. But I mounted mine under the front bumper near the hood hinge so its not affected by under hood temps.

Hey NXC I see you had or have a apex gt and a fusion 600. What are your thoughts between those two sleds? I had these two last winter. I sold the Gt this fall.

Had is the key word. Sold last January. Loved the motor on the GT, everything else, not so much. The HO is just so much better at everything else. It's the best, must fun sled I've had. I see yours is gone too. :div20:

Thats weird. I felt the exact same way. Fun factor was always higher when riding the 600 over the apex. xmas-smiley3.gif
