great for any steak but I would recommend a hand cut fillet or a Tbone, you will need a large ziploc bag as well
sprinkle steaks with montreal steak spice, deposit in bag add soya sauce, red wine ( I use
this wine ) some balsamic vinegar and some Worcestershire sauce, you should have enough liquid to cover the steaks. Squeeze all the air out and seal the bag. Leave in the fridge and flip over every 1/2 hour. marinate for at least 4 hours. BBQ them to desired preference and enjoy !! :beerchug:

I use italian dressing that I pour the top portion out of the bottle then I add some worcestershire sauce and some barbecue sauce and one drop of Dave's Insanity sauce . I put it in a zip lock bag and let them set for at least a day if possible. My kids swear I make the best steaks. Give it a try and let me know if you like it.

Try Adolphs meat marinade. It's made my Lowerys. 15 minutes is all it takes. I tried this for the first time last night and WOW. It's very good!

I find no need to marinade a striploin, rib, or fillet. Marinade is for cheap cuts and just fucks up a good steak. Hot grill to sear the steak, seal in juices and cooked to med rare for me.

Try this one, simple and very good
equal amounts of Ketchup, steak house Italian salad dressing
and Coca Cola classic, let it marinade a couple of hours...
