Has anyone measured a 3211115 belt. I usually measure the 080 belts before I buy them.
They run anywhere from 1.385" to 1.405" width to 46 1/2" to 46 5/8" circumfrence.
My dealer is geting me a 115 belt. I'm curious if I need to reshim my primary.

1.415 is what I got on mine at the thinnest spot & 1.417 at the thickest, brand new belt, still in the cardboard, not cleaned yet.

The 321 1115 that i have measured seem real consistent. Their width is about the same as the 'average' 321 1080.

I have'nt paid much attenion to these 1115 belt threads. Is this a harder belt meant for the 900's?

Harder? As in like the compound? Not sure,
but durability is excellent according to beta-testing late last season. They are made by a different company (Mitsuboshi).
MSRP $170'ish But allegedly this belt is near indestructible. some mountain guys that would destroy a belt in 3 pulls up a hill. could not destroy this new belt even trying to destroy it.

I didn’t measure the 115 belt before I put it on but have .010 clearance between the belt and sheave with 11 series weights and I didn’t have to reshim the clutch.

So I should not have a problem running one on a 600HO? A will it be a better more reliable belt than the 1080?

What does the 1115 belt side view profile look like, i.e. squared or rounded inside and outside cogs? Is the compound color black or a golden? I've seen some severe test belts with rounded cogs and a color other than black.

The 1115 I installed was 1.420". Sheave to belt was .005" with stock spider shims.

Was in Joe Fjerstad's trailer at Beausejour for the oval races at the beginning of December, he showed me one of those 3211115 belts. It is way more flexible than 3211080 belt, looks like it won't stand up to any abuse at all, but was reassured that it is one tough belt. Was also told that it robs 2 mph off of top end, will take durability over top end any day. (Flat top belts, as in no cogs on top have less wind when spinning, thus more speed, 2 mph). We still don't have any 3211115 belts in Canada. We were told awhile back that they were shipped, oh well lied to again by Polaris.
